„Stari grad“ Agency launched a procedure of competitive request for quotations (RFQ) of the public procurement for works on the project „Illumination of the old part of the city of Blagaj (Fortifications of the city of Herceg Stjepan) in Blagaj near Mostar“.
Notice on the public procurement was posted on the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina EJN, on 26.10.2016.
On 8.11.2016 on the premises of „Stari grad“ Agency were opened the quotations which were received for the project „Illumination of the old city of Blagaj (Fortifications of Herceg Stjepan city) in Blagaj near Mostar.“ Committee, appointed by the „Stari grad“ Agency, has drawn up minutes on opening of the quotations.
Based on the criteria for the contractual award, on 9.11.2016 Committee evaluated the quotations which were received and provided its suggestion that the procedure of obtaining contract for the pertinent project should be awarded to the most advantageous tenderer.
On 11.11.2016 „Stari grad“ Agency launched a procedure of public procurement through direct agreement for provision of services of supervision over the works on the project „Illumination of the old city of Blagaj (Fortifications of Herceg Stjepan city) in Blagaj near Mostar“.
Decision on selection of the most advantageous tenderer was made on 17.11.2016 for supervision over performance of the works on the pertinent project.
Contract on performance of the works on the project „Illumination of the old city of Blagaj (Fortifications of Herceg Stjepan city) in Blagaj near Mostar“ was signed on 21.11.2016 and the value of the contracted works amounts 33,979.79 convertible marks (with Value Added Tax included in the price). Contractor of the works will be „Amitea“ company limited liability company (l. l. c.).
Contract on supervision over the abovementioned works was signed on 21.11.2016 and the value of the services amounts 1,490.00 convertible marks (with Value Added Tax included in the price). Service of supervision over the works will be implemented by IGH d.o.o. (limited liability company – l.l.c.) Mostar, for design, supervision and quality control in construction.
On 22.11.2016 „Stari grad“ Agency posted a report on implemented procedure of the public procurement for contractual award for the works on the project „Illumination of the old city of Blagaj (Fortification of Herceg Stjepan city) in Blagaj near Mostar“ on portal of public procurements of Bosnia and Herzegovina (EJN).
On the same day on the portal for public procurement of Bosnia and Herzegovina (EJN) was posted a report on implemented procedure of the public procurement for contractual award for supervision over the pertinent works.
