Works on current maintenance of the exterior of structures in streets of Stari most 1 (1, Old Bridge Street) and M. Tita 144 (144, Marshall Tito Street)

After the implemented procedure of the competitive procedure of public procurement and the selection of the most advantageous contractor, on 28.03. 2016 „Stari grad“ Agency made a contract with „GRADNJA“ limited liability company Mostar to carry out the works on the project „Current maintenance of the exterior of structures in M. Tita 144 (144, Marshall Tito Street) (cadastral lot 28/35, cadastral lot 28/36 cadastral municipality Mostar I) and K4 in Stari most 1 (1, Old Bridge Street) cadastral lot 17/2 cadastral municipality Mostar I)“, amounting 26,900.06 convertible marks. Services of the supervision on the pertinent works were performed by „Delta Z Infinitinet“ d.o.o. (limited liability company) and the value of the contracted services amounts 1,076.40 convertible marks. The funds were provided in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016.

In conformity with the completed temporary account, the following works were performed:

Ulica Stari most br. 1 (1, Old Bridge Street)

Preliminary work

Carpenter's work

Roof tiling work

Plumber's work

Other works.

Ulica M. Tita br. 144 (144, Marshall Tito Street)

Preliminary work

Stone dressing work

Joinery works

Locksmith's work

Facade works

Works on the project „Current maintenance of exterior of the structures in streets of M. Tita br. 144 (144, Marshall Tito Street) (cadastral lot 28/35, cadastral lot 28/36 of cadastral municipality Mostar I) and K4 in the street of Stari most br. 1 (1, Old Bridge Street) (cadastral lot 17/72 cadastral municipality Mostar I“) in Mostar were completed on 07.06.2016.

On 10.06.2016 Committee for inspection of the works which were carried out composed of the represenatives of investors, supervision and the contractor inspected the work, and it found out that the works have been carried out in compliance with scope of the works and the contracted conditions, in compliance with the project and in accordance with valid technical regulations, obligatory standards and normative provisions and the obligations which stem from the Decision of the Committee to Preserve National Monuments and an Act of Physical Planning and Use of Land at the level of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
