Continuation of the reconstruction of structure of former Paher-Kisic bookshop in Marsala Tita 119 in Mostar

On 14.06.2022 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to receive bids for the works: "Continuation of the reconstructions of structure of former Paher-Kisic bookshop in Marsala Tita 119 in Mostar" in the amount of 6.000,00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price. Funds have been provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for year 2021. After implemented public procurement procedure, on 18.06.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" signed a contract with the best bidder "GRADNJA" d. o. o. Mostar to perform the pertinent works in the amount of 6.961,50 convertible marks with the Value Added Tax included in the price.

In accordance with the signed contract, the following works have been performed:

Preparatory work: Takeover and mobilization of the site as well as temporary disassembly of the present metal awning and other elements fastened against the facade and their assembly again when the work is done.

Bricklayer's work: Building of the walls 15 centimetres thick by means of light blocks such as SIPOREX with all the necessary actions with application of the prescribed mortar.

Concrete-reinforcement (RC) works: Pouring concrete of the reinforced concrete board installed directly to the ground 8 cm thick reinforced with R 166 reinforcement mesh; Pouring concrete on the reinforced concrete beams 15 x 15 cm connected from the constructive aspect with the staircase legs and reinforced with 4 Ø 10 rods connected with forks Ø 6 at every 20 cm.

Plumber's work: Procurement and installation of the two-wing entrance doors out of second class fir timber dimensioning 150 x 250 centimetres with semicircular fanlight in accordance with the existing design with fittings and glasses, properly protected by means of azure coating in three layers, applying protection against small fungi beforehand.
