Current maintenance and repair of tower in the old city part - shop beloging to Cerekovic family
On 29th September 2010 a contract for the implementation of the works in the „Current maintenance and the tower repair in the old city part - shop of Cerekovic family" project was signed between Agency „Stari grad" and „Arhitekt" („Architect") building company l.l.c. from Mostar. The value of the works amounts to 60.411,41 KM. The funds were provided by the city administration of Mostar in its 2010 budget to the Agency „Stari grad". The start of the works is on 30.09.2010. and the finish of the works is due in 60 days. The following works have been planned in the project.
Disassembly of the decrepit tile cover (154 square metres) Disassembly of the decrepit roof construction (73,00 square metres) Fabrication of a new roof construction with application of a coat against the worm-hole Setting the planks, beams and installing the hydroinsulation with application of a coat against the worm-hole Covering of the roof with tiles and ridge tiles Repair of chimneys Replacement of tin parts Striking the remains of inappropirate mortar with hammer and nail in order to remove that mortar from the facade Filling up the holes (caused by grenade hits) in a stone wall Application of lime mortar against the facade (479 square metres) Painting of facade with silicate paints Repair of the damaged cornices Fabrication and installation of joinery openings |
