II PHASE OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN THE OLD PART OF THE CITY, MOSTAR

After a competitive request of public procurement and the selection of the most favourable bidder have been completed, „Stari grad“ Agency concluded a contract with Agency KAMIR d. o. o. Široki Brijeg for the services on „Video surveillance in the old part of the city, Mostar – II PHASE“, in the amount of 23,347.94 convertible marks (with Value Added Tax). The services of supervision on the project at hand performed „Arhi-plus“ d. o. o. company Mostar, and the amount of the contracted services is 924.30 convertible marks. The funds were secured in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016.

In conformity with completed temporary account, the following works were performed:

Procurement, delivery and installation of a licence for camera  in the application of video surveillance.

Procurement, delivery and installation of a 2.5“ Hot Swap, 1/3' IP compact camera with integrated IR (= infra-red), electric mounting box for bullet cameras, support for assembly of a bullet camera, metal cases, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), wireless access point (WAP), wireless link, metal holder for Nanostation M5, PoE (power over Ethernet) injectors, routing cables and power cords, self-extinguishing PNT tubes, euroflex tubes, metal tubes.

Taking out cobblestone, excavation of the trench, laying down the pipes and restoring the cobblestone.

Grounding of antenna posts.

Preparation of as-built design of a system.

Cleaning of the room for building in of Access Point (AP) and installation.

Connecting the system, adjusting the system and putting the entire system into operation.

Project "Video surveillance in the old part of the city, Mostar - II Phase" was completed on 07.06.2016. Committee for inspection of the works composed of the representatives of investors, supervision and contractor performed the inspection of the works, and it found out that all the works have been performed in compliance with project and the scope of the works, and in conformity with valid regulations and standards and that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
