Current maintenance of the interior of the business premises of the Agricultural cooperative in 3, Mala Tepa Street, preparation of master plan on occupational safety and a project dealing with fire protection

On 04.12.2015 „Stari grad“ Agency launched a procedure of public procurement through direct agreement for the procurement of services dealing with preparation of a project „Current maintenance of the interior of the business premises of the Agricultural cooperative in 3, Mala Tepa Street, Mostar“ as well as the preparation of master plan on occupational safety and a project dealing with fire protection. Contract with the most favourable bidder „ARHI-PLUS“ d. o. o. Mostar was signed on 18.12.2015, and the amount of the services is 1,780.00 convertible marks (with Value Added Tax). Funds were secured in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2015.

After the procedure of the public procurement through competitive request for works on the project „Current maintenance of the interior of the business premises of the Agricultural cooperative in 3, Mala Tepa Street, Mostar“ on 21.06.2016 a contract was signed with the most favourable bidder „Gradnja“ d. o. o. Mostar, with amount of the works totalling 10,987.67 convertible marks (with Value Added Tax) + 440.50 convertible marks (with Value Added Tax) of additional works through direct agreement (office anteroom). The funds were secured from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016.

In conformity with the completed temporary account, the following works were performed:

- Preparatory work;

- Bricklayer's work and gypsum-cardboard work;

-  Joinery work and blacksmith work;

- Tiling work and insulating work;

- Water supply system and sewage system.

Additional works (office anteroom):

- Repair of the damaged mortar on the wall surface in the office anteroom at approximately 40% of the surface, with smoothing (and preparation for painting) and final painting;

- Repair of the damaged floor ceramics.

Works on the project „Current maintenance of the interior of the business premises of the Agricultural cooperative in 3, Mala Tepa Street“ and „Current maintenance of the interior of the business premises of the Agricultural cooperative – office anteroom“ were completed in early August 2016.

On 31.8.2016 Committee for inspection of works which were carried out composed of the representatives of investors, contractors and supervision performed the inspection of the works and it found out that the works have been carried out in compliance with scope of the works, project and the contracted conditions, and that all of that has been done in accordance with valid technical regulations, standards and obligations which stem from the decision of the Committee to Preserve National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Act on Physical Planning and land use at the level of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that those works may be accepted on the part of the investors.
