CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE PREMISES IN THE 89, MARSHALL TITO STREET, MOSTAR (CHESS CLUB)

On 10.01.2017 "Stari grad" Agency Mostar made a decision to launch the procedure of public procurement through competitive request for receiving bids for procurement of the works on the "Current maintenance of premises in 89, Marshall Tito Steet, Mostar".Funds were secured in accordance to the modifications and amendments of the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016 (budget revision). After implemented procedure a contract with most favourable bidder "Gradnja" d. o. o. Mostar was concluded for the works to be carried out in the amount of 13,210.70 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price on 01.02.2017. Owing to a mistake related to the number of work days in the article 5 of the pertinent contract with regard to the draft of the contract and tender documentation, "Stari grad" Agency concluded Annex number 1 with "Gradnja" d. o. o. on 15.03.2017 to perform works on the pertinent project.

After the completion of the works, Committee for inspection of the works performed the delivery of those works and it found out that the works have been carried out in accordance with the project, according to the scope and contracted conditions, and that those works may be received on the part of the investor.  

The following works have been carried out:

concrete work: applying concrete against the pavement 800 centimetres long, 30 centimetres wide and 12 centimetres thick.

bricklayer's work: chiselling the loosely connected surfaces; treatment of the facade surfaces with lime cement mortar (eastern and southern side); preparation of the cement base layer 3.5-6 centimetres thick

insulating work: cement mortar base; hydroinsulation of the walls; hydroinsulation with cardboard

facade works: fabrication of the facade

painting works: walls, house-and-woodwork painting

plumber's work: installation of the sheet metal

tiling work: floor ceramics; building of the part of the facade in the base of the house which is treated differently in relation to the remainder of the facade.

electrical installation works: fixing electrical installations in position so that they can be used.

On 16.03.2017 Agency made a decision on launching the procedure of public procurement of the works by way of direct procedure "Current maintenance of the premises in the 89, M. Tito Street, Mostar, - completion of the works". Funds were secured the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017. After the implemented procedure, the contract was signed with the most favourable bidder ("Gradnja" d. o. o. Mostar) in the amount of 4,921.37 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

The following works have been carried out:

preparatory work: assembly and disassembly of the toilet facilities

bricklayer's work and gypsum-cardboard work: facade in lime cement mortar: underpinning, installation of gypsum-cardboard plate, gluing with PVC mesh; socle on the assigned side and straightening

facade works: fabrication of the facade, cornices and crown

plumber's work: installation of the tin sheet zinc-plated flashing (pieces)

On 03.04.2017 Committee for inspection of the works accomplished the delivery of the performed works and it found out that the works have been performed in accordance with the project, in accordance with scope and contracted conditions and that the works may be received on the part of the investor.
