CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE STRUCTURES IN 4, KUJUNDZILUK STREET

On 26.01.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to receive bids for procurement of works – current maintenance of the structure in 4, Kujundziluk Street. The funds have been provided in conformity with modifications and amendments of the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016 (budget revision) and they have been planned in the Temporary plan of procurement of the „Stari grad“ Agency in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017.

After the public procurement procedure has been finished and the bids have been received, the director of the „Stari grad“ Agency made a decision to invalidate the procedure, since the prices of all the acceptable bids were considerably higher than the funds provided for the procurement in question (article 2 paragraph 2 point e and article 70 paragraph 4) of the Public Procurement Law. That is why one set down to re-launch the public procurement procedure again by way of direct agreement to receive bids for the procurement of works for the current maintenance of the structure in the 4, Kujundziluk Street.

On 08.03.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency made a decision to launch the public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to receive bids for the procurement of works – Current maintenance of the structure in the 4, Kujundziluk Street. The funds have been provided in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017.

After the procedure has been implemented, the contract with the most favourable bidder „GD Bišina d. o. o. („Bisina“ building society limited liability company) Mostar was reached for the performance of the works current maintenance of the structure in the 4, Kujundziluk Street in the amount of 5.971,68 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

On 6.4.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency received a notification from GD Bišina d. o. o. Mostar about the completion of the works.

Committee for inspection of the works performed an internal delivery of the executed works between the contractor and the investor on the current maintenance of the structures in 4, Kujundziluk Street, by way of minutes on 25.04.2017, and the committee found out that the works have been carried out in compliance with valid technical regulations, obligatory standards and norms and the obligations which stem from the Decision of the Committee to Preserve National monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina to designate historical city area of Mostar as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the executed works were satisfactory with regard to scope and contracted conditions, so that those works may be accepted on the part of the Investor.

The following types of works have been executed: preparatory work, carpenter's work and the roof tiling work, bricklayer work, plumber's work and the other types of works.
