Preparation of a main design with revision of reconstruction revision of exterior of „Brodari“ club at Mejdan in Trg 1. maja in Mostar, as well as mission of geotechnical engineering (mission G21) and preparation of a written report on the revision of the main design of geotechnical engineering (mission G23)

On 11.04.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency made a decision to launch the procedure of public procurement through direct agreement for procurement of services – Preparation of the main design with revision of reconstruction of exterior of „Brodari“ club at Mejdan in Trg 1. maja in Mostar. Funds were secured in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017 (construction of the structures in the old part of the city). After implemented procedure a contract with the most affordable bidder ARHI PLUS d. o. o. was concluded for the services of preparation of the main design with revision of reconstruction of exterior of „Brodari“ club at Mejdan in Trg 1. maja in Mostar, in the amount of 6,786.00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

After the preparation of the main design with revision, a request was sent to the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning with an intention that the ministry issues a building permit, so the Federal ministry of Physical Planning sent to the „Stari grad“ Agency the amendment of the request on 10.07.2017.

On 25.09.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency made a special decision to launch public procurement procedure through direct agreement for procurement of services – Preparation of the main design mission of geotechnical engineering (mission G21) and preparation of a written account of the revision of the main design of geotechnical engineering (mission G23) for the structure of „Brodari“ club at Mejdan in Trg 1. maja in Mostar, with a view to issue a building permit for the work on the reconstruction of roof construction and facade on the opening of the „Brodari“ club in Mostar.

After the implemented procedure, on 05.10.2017 a contract with the most affordable bidder – ZAGREBINSPEKT d. o. o. Mostar - was concluded for the procurement of services - Preparation of the main design mission of geotechnical engineering (mission G21), preparation of a written account of the revision of the main design of geotechnical engineering (mission G23) for the structure of „Brodari“ club at Mejdan in Trg 1. maja in Mostar in the amount of 1,950.00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

After the preparation of the abovementioned missions, „Stari grad“ Agency requested approvals for the connections of electric energy installation, water supply installation and telecommunication installation, and the Agency received the approvals from the respective public companies.

On 08.01.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency submitted a request to the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning with full project documentation so that the Ministry issues a building permit on the reconstruction of  roof construction and facade with openings on „Brodari“ club at Mejdan in Trg 1. maja in Mostar.
