URGENT WORKS ON THE REPAIR ON THE DAMAGES ON THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE (DIVER CLUB MOSTARI) BY THE HALEBIJA TOWER IN MOSTAR

On 26.09.2017 "Stari grad" Agency made a special decision to launch the public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement for competitive bids relating to the procurement of the works - Urgent work on the repair of the damages on the roof of the house (diver club Mostari) by the Halebija tower in Mostar, at the location designated as cadastral plot (c. p.) 5720/1 of cadastral municipality (c. m.) Mostar I, and in conformity with expert opinion of the Federal institute for protection of monuments dated 18.09.2017.

After the implementation of the public procurement procedure, on 04.10.2017 a contract with DZG "Građevinar Fajić" d. o. o. Mostar was concluded as the most advantageous tenderer in the amount of 1,240.20 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

The following works have been performed:

Assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding

Reinstallation and repair of the damaged stone elements of the roof ridge with lime mortar

Repair of the moved stone slab out of slates with necessary treatment with lime mortar;

Application of lime mortar against loosely knit stone ridge tiles

After the implemented works Committee for inspection of the performed works executed the delivery of the implemented works and it found out that the works have been performed in accordance to the scope and within contracted conditions, so that they may be accepted on the part of the investor.
