Project: Works on the current maintenance of memorial house |

A technical reception of the contracted works on the memorial house of Gojko Vukovic family in Donja Mahala was carried out by the end of the January 2015 on the part of Agencija „Stari Grad“. The funds were provided in the budget of the city of Mostar.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Roof construction of the structure along with stone slab roof covering has been damaged or completely destroyed because of influence of weather conditions and atmospheric agents, as well as inadequate maintenance. The similar condition has been determined in the door openings (doors, windows, wood-frame constructions and gates), in addition to verandas and floors. Facade had present cracks and considerable damages of the final coating as well as the stone applications. It was necessary to carry out the replacement of the damaged construction timber, roof insulation and roof coverings, tin flashing pieces and installation of the gutters. All the openings have been carefully repaired and preserved in the authentic form. Basic traditional material for the interior and exterior works have been applied on the structure.
