CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE PREMISES AT 13, RADE BITANGA STREET (CULTURE CENTRE)

On 20.01.2017 "Stari grad" Agency made a decision to launch the public procurement procedure by way of competitive request for receiving bids for procurement of the works - Current maintenance of the premises of 13, Rade Bitanga Street (Culture Centre). Funds were secured from the modifications and amendments to the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016 (budget revision) and they were planned in the temporary plan for procurement of the "Stari grad" Agency for 2017. After implemented procedure a contract with most favourable bidder - "G. T. R." d. o. o. Mostar - was concluded for the performance of the works Current maintenance of the premises of the 13, Rade Bitanga Street (Culture Centre) in the amount of 29,372.85 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

After implemented procedure on 16.03.2017 a contract with N. P. Projekt  d. o. o. Mostar - was concluded for the supervision of Current maintenance of the premises of the 13, Rade Bitanga Street (Culture Centre) in the amount of 1,158.30 convertible marks.

Stari grad" Agency concluded ANNEX NUMBER 1 to the Contract with "G. T. R." d. o. o. Mostar for the performance of the work of Current maintenance of the premises of the 13, Rade Bitanga Street (Culture Centre).

Committee for inspection of the performed works accomplished the internal delivery of the performed works by way of minutes between the contractor and the investor on the current maintenance of the premises of the 13, Rade Bitanga Street (Culture Centre) and it found out that the works have been performed in conformity with valid technical regulations, obligatory standards and general rules and Construction Act of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton and that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.

The following works have been performed: preparatory work, bricklayer's work, facade works, joinery works.
