CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE ROOF OF KAJTAZ FAMILY HOUSE

On 27.02.2017 "Stari grad" Agegncy made a decision to launch a publik procurement procedure by way of a direct agreement for receiving bids for the procurement of the works - Current maintenance of the roof of Kajtaz family house. Funds were secured from the modifications and amendments to the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016 (budget revision) and they were planned in the temporary plan for procurement of the "Stari grad" Agency for 2017.

After the implementation of the public procurement procedure, "Stari grad" Agency concluded a contract with the most favourable bidder – GM "Gradnja" d. o. o. Mostar for the performance of the works Current maintenance of the roof of Kajtaz family house, in the amount of 4,171.05 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

On 22.03.2017 "Stari grad" Agency received a notification about completion of the works from the contractor, GM "GRADNJA" d. o. o. Mostar, in accordance to the contract numbered I-25-198-6/17 dated 09.03.2017.

Committee for inspection of the performed works accomplished the internal delivery of the performed works between the contractor and the investor by way of minutes on 28.03.2017 on the current maintenance of the current maintenance of the roof of Kajtaz family house, and it found out that the works have been carried out in compliance with the project and the contracted conditions, and that those very works may be accepted on the part of the investor.

The following works have been performed:

preliminary work: disassembly of the roof slab (including  semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge), valley tin sheet, as well as insulation on the southwest roof; cleaning of the roof slab and the semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge), in addition to the inspection of the roof slab

roof tiling work: covering of the roof truss with stone slabs and installation of the present stone semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge

other works: preparation of the hydroinsulation of the wooden roof truss, procurement and installation of the roof channel - flashing piece, replacement of the horizontal gutter and glazing of the present openings in a stone wall with window glass.
