CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE STRUCTURES OWNED BY CITY OF MOSTAR (STRUCTURES IN KUJUNDZILUK STREET NO. 2, MALA TEPA NO. 17, ONESCUK STREET NOS. 21 AND 35, STARI MOST STREET NO. 1, M. TITO STREET NO. 93 AND TARA TOWER)

On 26.01.2017 "Stari grad" Agency launched a public procurement procedure through competitive request to receive bids for procurement of work on the project „Current maintenance of the structures owned by city of Mostar (structures in Kujundziluk Street no. 2, Mala Tepa Street no. 17, Onescuk Street nos. 21 ad 35, Stari Most Street no. 1, M. Tito Street no. 93 and Tara tower)“. Funds were secured in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2016. After the implemented procedure, on 22.02.2017 a contract with the most affordable bidder GD Bisina d. o. o. Mostar was signed to perform the works on the pertinent project in the amount of 45,220.99 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. Supervision of the works was signed with „Arhi-plus“ d. o. o. company in the amount of 2,106.00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax on 02.03.2017. On 24.04.2017 the contractor informed the investor („Stari grad“ Agency) about the completion of the works, and the Committee for inspection of the works observed shortcomings on 09.05.2017 which were fully rectified by the contractor and the entire works were completed on 23.06.2017.

In conformity with the first interim account, the following works were performed: 

STRUCTURE IN KUJUNDZILUK STREET NO. 2:

Preparatory work: Disassembly of a stone roof slab, insulation, laths and boards;

Carpenter's work: procurement and hammering nails into a slab roofing and transversal laths

Roof tiling work: covering of roof with existing stone slab with 25 % of a new slab and covering of roof with semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge made of miljevina stone

Other works: fabrication of tin flashing piece, roof hydroinsulation, fabrication and assembly of the horizontal and vertical gutters, repair of the damaged parts of the facade.

STRUCTURE IN ONESCUK STREET NO. 21

Preparatory work: disassembly of the stone roof slab, insulation, laths and boards;

Carpenter's work: procurement and hammering nails into a slab roofing and transversal laths

Roof tiling work: covering of roof with existing stone slab with 25 % of a new slab and covering of roof with semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge made of miljevina stone

Other works: fabrication of tin flashing piece, fabrication of roof hydroinsulation.

STARI MOST MUSEUM - TARA TOWER

Preparatory work: cleaning of the entire structure, assembly and disassembly of the interior bricklayer's scaffolding.

Joinery-blacksmith work: repair or replacement of all the wooden doors, windows and stairs; reparation of damaged wooden load-bearing beams and slab roofing; repair and replacement of all the damaged metal parts of the embrasures, handrails and wrought iron items on the doors.

Painting works: cleaning and scraping of the superficially unstable wall parts. Walls coated with white lime milk in several layers.

Other works: replacement and repair of the electrical equipment.

STRUCTURE IN M. TITO STREET NO. 93

Preparatory work: assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding; cleaning of the mortar; disassembly of the wall and floor tiles, toilet facilities and openings.

Bricklayer's work: treatment of all wall surfaces and fabrication of floor screed in the sanitary space.

Joinery works: fabrication of a (partition) wall/display with entry door. Fabrication of the door in the toilet.

STRUCTURE IN ONESCUK STRET NO. 35

Preparatory work: Disassembly of a stone roof slab, insulation, laths and boards, decrepit rafters, gypsum lining of a ceiling.

Carpenter's work and roof tiling work: installation of rafters, hammering nails into a roof construction, placement of the existing roof slab with use of 30 % of a new roof slab, assembly of the ridge tile - semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge.

Bricklayer's work: treatment and fine plastering of facades.

Plumber's work: fabrication and assembly of horizontal and vertical gutters.

STRUCTURE IN M. TEPA STREET NO. 17

Preparatory work: Disassembly of a stone roof slab, insulation laths and boards.

Carpenter's work: procurement and hammering nails into a slab roofing and transversal laths

Roof tiling work: covering of roof with existing stone slab with 20 % of a new slab and covering of roof with semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge made of miljevina stone

Other works: fabrication of tin flashing piece, fabrication of roof hydroinsulation

Committee for inspection of the performed works stated on 13.07.2017 that the works have been performed in accordance with project documentation, scope and contracted conditions, and that the very works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
