VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN THE OLD PART OF THE CITY, MOSTAR

On 29.03. 2017 „Stari grad“ Agency made a decision to launch the public procurement procedure by way of RFQ (Request for Quotations) to receive bids for procurement of services „Video surveillance in the old part of the city“. The funds were provided in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017.

On 28.04.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency concluded a service contract with Mr. Armin Dzubur, BSc Electrical Engineering, as its authorized representative, who will act in its behalf for the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) of the services for tender document, as well as the services of expert supervision over the performance of services of video surveillance in the old part of the city, in the amount of 300,00 convertible marks. The funds were secured from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017.

After the implementation of the public procurement procedure in conformity with Public Procurement Law and the by-laws, "Stari grad" Agency concluded a contract with the most favourable bidder - AGENCIJA KAMIR d. o. o. Široki Brijeg for the services of Video surveillance in the old part of the city in the amount of 13,880.88 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

In compliance with tender documentation following works have been performed:

Installation of a licence for a camera in application touching upon video surveillance;

Procurement, delivery and installation of four IP contact colour cameras;

Procurement, delivery and installation of a network switch, metal case, PoE injector, CAT, routing cables and power cords, overvoltage protection, euroflex tubes and metal tubes.

On 22.06.2017 "Stari grad" Agency received a notification about completion of the works from the contractor, AGENCIJA KAMIR d. o. o. Široki Brijeg, in accordance to the contract numbered I-25-298-12/17 dated 25.05.2017.

On 05.07.2017 Committee for inspection of the works in accordance to the contract performed the inspection of the works by way of minutes, and it found out that the works have been performed in conformity with the project and contracted conditions, and that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
