„CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE STRUCTURES OWNED BY CITY OF MOSTAR (STRUCTURE OF NATIONAL THEATRE MOSTAR AND ATELIER D'ART IN KUJUNDZILUK STREET)“ On 31.03.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency launched a public procurement procedure through competitive request for receiving of the bids for procurement of services „Preparation of a project of current maintenance of the structures owned by city of Mostar (structure of National Theatre Mostar, „Hindin han“ restaurant in the old part of the city, structure in M. Tito Street – former „Standard“ ready-made clothing shop; Association of deaf persons and persons hard of hearing in M. Tito Street no. 141/b and Halebija tower)“. Funds were secured in the budget of the city of Mostar for 2017. After the implemented procedure „Stari grad“ Agency signed a contract with „Arhi-plus“ company on 03.05.2017 to prepare the pertinent project in the amount of 12,870.00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. Procedure of public procurement through open procedure to implement e-auction for receiving bids for procurement of works of „Current maintenance of the structures owned by city of Mostar (structure of National Theatre Mostar and atelier D'Art in Kujundziluk Street)“ has been launched. Funds were secured from the budget of city of Mostar for 2017. The contract was signed with the most affordable bidder GD Bisina d. o. o. Mostar in the amount of 138,563.68 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price on 16.10.2017. The contractor presented the invoice with the first temparary account of the works on the pertinent project in the amount of 88,355.94 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. In conformity with the first interim account, the following works have been performed: NATIONAL THEATRE MOSTAR Preparatory work:
Disassembly of the existing roofing, disassembly of laths, roofing and construction of pergola, disassembly of gutters and flashing (pieces); removal of a part of partition walls and the imploded material from the rooms on the second floor; disassembly of the remains of the damaged suspended ceiling, scraping of the damaged paint off the walls, cleaning of the imploded material, transport to the city dump. Carpenter's work:
Fabrication of the slab roofing, hammering nails into laths on the roof, procurement and assembly of the ceiling beams in the rooms on the second floor; fabrication and assembly of the pergola at the main entry. Roof tiling work:
Covering of the roof with thermoinsulation roof panel; procurement and assembly of semi-circular tiles which cover the ridge.
Bricklayers' work:
Additional building of a part of a wall in the rooms on the second floor; plastering of new and existing walls; repair of the damaged cornice; repair of the southern facade. Joinery work:
Internal double plywood doors 11 pieces; one-leaf metal door 4 pieces; two-leaf single window 3 pieces; four-leaf single window 10 pieces; three-leaf single windows 16 pieces. Tiling work:
Coating walls with ceramic tiles. Suspended ceilings:
Fabrication of suspended ceiling out of gypsum cardboard plates. Plumber's work:
Fabrication and assembly of horizontal and inclined flashing (pieces) of steel zinc-plated tin sheet, as well as dripping edge below the windows on the second floor. Water supply and sewage system:
Fabrication of interior installation of sanitary water with its connection to the existing installation. Electrical installations: Fabrication of a new installation for lighting and sockets with connection to the existing local board. |
