REGULAR MAINTENANCE OF THE STRUCTURE OF „STARI GRAD“ AGENCY IN M. TITO STREET NO. 170/172

On 19.09.2017 „Stari grad“ Agency made a special decision on launching public procurement procedure through direct agreement for procurement of works – regular maintenance of the structure of „Stari grad“ Agency in M. Tito Street no. 170/172. The reason behind this decision is the stormy inclement weather which caused roof leakage on the structure of „Stari grad“ Agency Mostar. After the implemented procedure of public procurement, on 05.20.2017 a contract was concluded on execution of the works with the most affordable bidder „Izgradnja Tojaga“ d. o. o. Mostar in the amount of 6,997.77 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

In conformity with the completed account the following works have been performed:

Preparatory work: roof disassembly (tile, laths, hydroinsulation) of the flashing (piece) tin sheet and roof valley;

Roof tiling work: nailing roof with a plank, installation of steam-permeable-waterproof insulation, nailing roof with lath and covering roof with tiles;

Plumber's work: installation of a roof valley, installation of flashing piece of a gable wall from steel sheet metal, installation of flashing piece at the connection of a two roof planes, fabrication of a connection of a new sheet-metal goods with horizontal and vertical gutters;

Joinery work and parquetry work: installation of the internal wooden doors, replacement of the wooden window little banks with the stone ones; installation of the laminate in the office and installation of a iron protective mesh on the office window;

Painting work: painting of the outer openings (windows) with alkyd paint and painting of the exterior openings (windows and doors) with azure coat.

On 03.11.2017 on the part of Committee for inspection of the performed works a technical delivery of the performed works took place and the Committee established that the works have been performed in conformity with scope and contracted conditions, and that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
