RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ROOF TRUSS AND THE INTERMEDIATE FLOOR IN BISHOPRY IN VUKODOL, II PHASE

On 22.05.2017 made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure by way of competitive request to deliver the bids for procurement of the works„Reconstruction of the roof truss and the intermediate floor Bishopry in Vukodol - II phase“. After implementation of the public procurement procedure in conformity with Public Procurement Law and By-laws,, on  20.07.2017 "Stari grad" Agency concluded a contract with the most advantageous tenderer - „Građevinar Fajić“ d.o.o. Mostar for the implementation of the works Reconstruction of the roof truss and the intermediate floor in Bishopry in Vukodol - II phase",, amounting 43,249.05 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.
After implementation of the public procurement procedure - direct agreement - on 21.07.2017 an agreement for the supervision over the reconstruction of the roof truss and intermediate floor of Bishopry in Vukodol II phase was signed  with Arhi plus d. o. o. company Mostar in the amount of  1,946.88 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price .
In conformity with the completed temporary account, the following works were performed:

Preliminary work cleaning of the north and west part of the complex against the waste and vegetation and removal of the barriers which were built later on;

Stone works and stone cutting works: disassembly of the stone window frames, fabrication of the parts of the frames which were broken;

Joinery works: fabrication and installation of the wooden windows with glass;

Blacksmith works: fabrication and installation of all the missing wrought iron window grates in a traditional way;

Facade works: chiselling of all the mortar on the facade, washing facade with water under pressure, application of lime mortar against the facade in two coats, protection of the openings by coating with varnish and linseed oil.

On 21.12.2017 a minutes regarding the inspection of the performed works was drawn up on the part of the Committee for inspection of the performed works, so it was found out that the works have been performed in accordance to the contracted conditions, and that those works may be received on the part of the investor accordingly.
