Intervention on the devastated buildings - Building of the Old municipality (Nama) in Mostar

On 27.03.2018 "Stari grad" Agency made a decision to launch the public procurement procedure through competitive request for procurement of the works - "Interventions on the devastated buildings owned by the City of Mostar which constitute danger for lives of people, traffic and adjacent buildings - Building of the former municipality Mostar (Old municipality) NAMA (facade scaffolding). The funds have been provided for the budget of the city of Mostar for 2018.

After the conducted public procurement procedure, "Stari grad" Agency concluded a contract on 19.04.2018 with the most advantageous tenderer "BISINA" civil construction company limited liability company (l. l. c.) for performance of the works on the pertinent project in the amount of 37.206,00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. On 30.04.2018 a contract with ARHI PLUS d.o.o. (limited liability company - l. l. c.) was signed for supervision on the works at the abovementioned project in the amount of 1.462,50 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

On 12.06.2018 the Committee for inspection of the work made the internal delivery of the performed works between contractor and investor on the "Interventions on the devastated buildings owned by the City of Mostar which constitute danger for lives of people, traffic and the adjacent buildings - the building of the former municipality Mostar (Old municipality) (NAMA) (facade scaffolding)") and it found out that the works have been performed in compliance with project, scope and contracted conditions and in conformity with the valid technical regulations, compulsory standards and normative provisions, so that the investor may take over the abovementioned facility from the contractor.

In compliance with tender documentation the following works have been performed: delivery, assembly and disassembly of the tubular scaffolding.
