Current maintenance of the facade with painting on the structure with cadastral plot 17/72 cadastral municipality Mostar

On 19.04.2019 Agencija "Stari grad" made a special decision to launch the public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to submit bids for procurement of the works: Current maintenance of the facade with painting on the structure c.p (cadastral plot) numbered 17/72 within c. o. (cadastral municipality) Mostar.

After the public procurement procedure was performed, and in conformity with Act on public procurement and by-laws, on 24.04.2019 Agencija "Stari grad" made a contract with the best bidder - GRADNJA D. O. O. Mostar to perform the works of current maintenance of the facade with painting on the structure c.p (cadastral plot) numbered 17/72 within c. o. (cadastral municipality) Mostar in the amount of 2.805,66 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

On 06.05.2019 Agencija "Stari grad" received a notification from the contractor "GRADNJA" d. o. o. Mostar about the completion of the works Current maintenance of the facade with painting on the structure c.p (cadastral plot) numbered 17/72 within c. o. (cadastral municipality) Mostar in confomity with the contract numbered I-25-367-5/19 dated 24.04.2019.

On 09.05.2019 Committee for examination of the accomplished works performed the internal delivery between the contractor and the investor by way of minutes for the performed works of current maintenance of the facade with painting on the structure c.p (cadastral plot) numbered 17/72 within c. o. (cadastral municipality) Mostar, and it found out that the works have been carried out in accordance with the scope of works and contracted conditions, in compliance with valid technical regulations, obligatory standards and norms, so that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
