Examination and repair of the clock on the Clock Tower in Mostar

On 07.10.2019 Agencija "Stari grad" made a special decision to launch the public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to submit bids for procurement of the works: "Services of examination and general repair of the clock on the Clock Tower" with accompanying works. Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for year 2019.

After the public procurement procedure was performed, on 18.10.2019 Agencija "Stari grad" made a contract with the best bidder - artisan shop  "URAR MARIO" Mostar to perform the services - about performing Services of examination and general repair of the clock on the Clock Tower" in the amount of 5.780,00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price (artisan shop "URAR MARIO" is not a part of the Value Added Tax system).

The following works have been performed on the clock tower:

-  Examination and general repair of the clock on the "Clock tower" with accompanying works of fixing up and varnishing of the staircase in the clock tower

- General cleaning of the clock tower and setting up of the protective fence and the metal sheets on the clock tower

- Varnishing of the entry door and the examination of electrical installations.

On 18.12.2019 in accordance with Contract Committee for examination of the accomplished works performed the internal delivery of the performed works between the contractor and the investor by way of minutes for the services of examination and general repair of the clock on the "Clock Tower" with accompanying works and it found out that the works have been carried out in compliance with scope of the works and the contracted conditions in compliance with valid technical regulations, obligatory standards and norms and the obligations which stem from the decision of the Committee to Preserve National  Monuments to designate historical city landscape of Mostar as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the decision on change of the decisions on designations of national monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Law on Physical Planning and use of land on the level of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
