Current roof maintenance in the old city area   

On 03.03.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" director made a decision to launch public procurement by way of open procedure with an intention of implementing e-auction to submit bids for works "Current roof maintenance in the old city area, around the Old Bridge in Mostar". Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for year 2020.  

After the conducted public procurement procedure, "Stari grad" Agency concluded a contract on 06.04.2020 with the best bidder GD "BISINA" d. o. o. for performance of the works on "Current roof maintenance in the old city area, around the Old Bridge in Mostar" in the amount of 26.987,22 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. 

On 02.04.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement for procurement of services "Supervision on the current roof maintenance in the old city area around the Old Bridge". Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for year 2020. After the public procurement procedure was performed, on 09.04.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" made a contract with the best bidder - Projektni biro "Stari grad" to perform the services of supervision of the pertinent works in the amount of 1.111,50 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. 

In conformity with the finished situation, the following works were carried out:

Halebija Tower and the structure of Divers' Club: Preparatory work; Carpenter's work and roof tiling work.

Tara Tower: Preparatory work; Carpenter's work and roof tiling work.

Structure in Tabhana: Preparatory work; Carpenter's work and roof tiling work.

Preparatory work includes: cleaning of the good elements and their putting aside by the structure, loading and unloading of materials, as well as all the preliminary work and auxiliary works, securing of the construction, buttressing and strutting, as well as the transport of the rubble and the damaged elements to the city dump. In addition, securing of the site in conformity with the occupational safety report and the valid legal regulations.

Carpenter's work and roof tiling work include: procurement of the necessary material, workshop preparation, transport and setting up of the felt foil, as will as the assembly of the missing wooden elements (lattices and slab roofing 24 mm) of the roof construction fabricated following the example of the disassembled ones, which have been protected by the appropriate coats (of paint) against small fungi. Procurement, transport of the necessary material, as well as the setting up of the stone boards on the roof construction of the structure in lime mortar. In the ending row on the eaves steel hooks as a security for the stone boards were installed and finally repair of the damaged tin sheet flashing pieces.
