Agencija Stari grad Mostar

On 10.06.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" Mostar made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure by way of an open procedure with implementation of e-auction to submit offers for the works: "Current maintenance of the system for heating and ventilation in the city baths "BANJA" in Mostar. Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for year 2020, as well as the grant allocated to the city of Mostar amounting 50000 convertible marks by the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Environment Protection Fund. After the public procurement procedure was performed, Agencija "Stari grad" signed on 20.07.2020 a contract with the best bidder "ALFA TERM" d. o. o. Mostar to perform the works on the current mainenance of the system for heating and ventilation in the city baths "BANJA" in Mostar in the amount of 98.814,50 convertible marks with the Value Added Tax included in the price. 

On 13.07.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to procure services: "Supervision on the current maintenance of the system of heating and ventilation in the city baths "Banja" in Mostar". After the procedure was completed, on 16.07.2020 a contract with best bidder "MARBEN" d. o. o. Citluk was signed, so that it may perform the services on the supervision at the pertinent works in the amount of 2.808,00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. 

On 10.09.2020 works on realization of current maintenance of the city baths "Banja" - roof, system for heating and ventilation - started.

In conformity with the finished situation, the following works were performed:

Pool climatic chamber for fresh air supply, heating and dehumidification

Fresh air supply and ventilation with air dehumidification, as well as partial heating of the air have been provided by way of climatic chamber located in the attic of the structure.

Device is provided with integrated refrigeration unit (heat pump) and it makes maximum energy savings possible, taking into account that even the latent heat of the steam from the air is exploited.

Taken over heat freed while condensing steam contained in the air, on the unit condenser is returned into the system again in the course of heating supply air prior to insertion into space. Therefore, heat taken away from the air from the pool space is returned into air supply system again.

The climatic chamber vacuums the exterior, fresh air through the fixed Venetian blind on the roof of the structure as needed. Pressure channels have thermal insulation and they run in the manhole towards the pool. In the same manhole the exhaust ventilation channel runs as well.

Air is inserted by way of nozzle distributors through four special ventilation in the pool space.

Exhaust ventilation channels, as well as delivery grilles and exhaust grilles are protected with EPOXY coating as to prevent the impact of chlorine.

Climatic chamber has a built-in set of regulating automation devices on its heater, thereby maintaining the temperature of the inserted air t=39°C and maximum air humidity of 12,84 g/kg of the dry air. Heater has the protection against freezing. Warm water from the boiler room comes to the heater by way of circulator pump.

On 23.12.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" received a notification from the contractor "ALFA TERM" d. o. o. Mostar that the works were completed.

On 30.12.2020 Committee for examination of the accomplished works according to the contract performed the internal delivery of the performed works between the contractor and the investors by way of minutes for the works of current maintenance of the systems of heating and ventilation in the city baths "BANJA" in Mostar, and it found out that the works have been carried out in accordance with the scope of works and contracted conditions, in compliance with valid technical regulations, obligatory standards and norms and the obligations which stem from the decision of the Committee to Preserve National Monuments to designate historic urban landscape of Mostar as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Act on Physical Planning and land use at the level of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that those works may be accepted on the part of the investor.
