Agencija Stari grad Mostar

On 01.12.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" made a special decision to launch a to launch the public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to submit bids for procurement of the works: Works on the mainenance of the business premises in Maršala Tita 141 (141, Marshall Tito Street) in the amount of 5.900,00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price. Funds were provided from the budget of the city for year 2020. After the public procurement procedure was performed, on 04.12.2020 Agencija "Stari grad" signed a contract with the best bidder „GRADNJA“ d.o.o. Mostar for the works on the maintenance of the business premises in Maršala Tita 141 (141, Marshall Tito Street) in the amount of 6.900,66 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

On 30.12.2020 "Agencija" received a notification about the completion of the works by the contractor, and thereafter Committee for inspection of the accomplished works performed the internal delivery of the works between the contractor and the investor for the performed works and it found out that the works have been carried out in scope and according to contracted conditions, and in conformity with valid technical regulations, standards and the obligations which stem from the decision of the Committee to Preserve National  Monuments to designate historic urban landscape of Mostar as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
