Agencija Stari grad Mostar

On 09.06.2020 the mayor of the city of Mostar made a special decision to launch public procurement procedure for procurement of the works: Fabrication and setting up awnings in the area of the old part of the city around Old bridge in Mostar", and he authorized Agencija "Stari grad" to implement the entire procedure. Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2020, as well as the grants in accordance with the public notice awarded by the Federal ministry of culture and sport to the applicant of Agencija "Stari grad" in the total amount of 30,000.00 convertible marks.

After the implemented public procurement procedure, on 27.11.2020 city of Mostar signed a contract with the best bidder "SUMAN" d. o. o. (l. l. c. - limited liability company) Gracanica for the pertinent works in the amount of 43.236,50 convertible marks with the Value Added Tax included in the price.

 AWNING CHARACTERISTICS:

On 28.12.2020 Commission for inspection of the performed works performed by way of minutes the internal delivery of the performed works between the contractor and investor for "Fabrication and setting up of awnings - in the area of the old part of the city around the Old Bridge in Mostar" and it found out that works performed in conformity with scope of the works and contracted conditions are in conformity with the valid technical regulations, obligatory standards, general rules and obligations which stem from the decision of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments about designation the "historical urban landscape of Mostar" to constitute national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Law on Physical Planning and use of land on the level of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
