Graphic preparation for fabrication of UNESCO plaque, fabrication and replacement of the UNESCO plaque in the old part of the city in Mostar

Owing to decrepitude of the informational UNESCO plaque in Kujundziluk that the Old bridge is a monument under the protection of UNESCO, and because of a need that it should be readable and it should provide information to a visitor at any time, on 19.12.2019 Agencija "Stari grad" made a special decision to launch public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to receive bids for the procurement of the works: "Graphic preparation for fabrication of UNESCO plaque in the old part of the city of Mostar" in the amount of 250,00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price. The funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2019. After the implemented public procurement procedure, Agencija "Stari grad" submitted the signed order form numbered 24 to the best bidder "SMART RAGUZ & BARBARIC DESIGN" d. o. o. (limited liability company - l. l. c.) Mostar for the implementation of the works on the procurement: "Graphic preparation for fabrication of UNESCO plaque in the old part of the city in Mostar" in the amount of 240,00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price.

On 06.02 202 Agencija "Stari grad" made a special decision to launch public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement to receive bids for procurement of services: "Fabrication of plaque ESG FLOAT 8+0, 76 PVB+8 FLOAT ESG/silk screen in accordance with the drawing. Corner radius R 20 mm, 900 mm wide, 600 mm high, number of pieces 2“, in the amount of 1,100.00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price. Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2020. After implemented public procurement procedure, Agencija "Stari grad" signed a contract on 11.05.2020 with the best bidder "KRISTAL" d.o.o. (limited liability company - l. l. c.) Vitez to perform the works on "Fabrication of plaque ESG FLOAT 8+10, 76 PVB+8 FLOAT ESG/silk screen in accordance with the drawing. Corner radius R 20 mm, 900 mm wide, 600 mm high, number of pieces 2“, in the amount of 1,170.72 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

After the the plaque has been delivered on the part of the "Kristal d. o. o." company ("Kristal limited liability company - l. l. c.), on 10.09.2020. Agencija "Stari grad" made a special decision to launch the public procurement by way of direct agreement to receive bids for the procurement of the works: "Replacement of the UNESCO plaque 900 mm wide, 600 mm high, in the old part of the city of Mostar" on the Kujundziluk locality, in the amount of 450,00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price. Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2020. After the public procurement procedure has been implemented, Agencija "Stari grad" awarded to the best bidder, "Izgradnja Tojaga" d. o. o. (limited liability company - l. l. c.) Mostar, implementation of the works on "Replacement of the UNESCO plaque 900 mm wide, 600 mm high, in the old part of the city of Mostar" in the amount of 450,00 convertible marks, which has been performed, too.
