Current maintenance of the interior in the space of the Association of the veterans of the police of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton 1991-1995

On 19.07.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure by way of direct agreement for procurement of the works: "Current maintenance of the interior in the space of the Association of the veterans of the police of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton 1991-1995 in Gojko Vukovic Street number 1A in Mostar" in the amount of 6.000,00 convertible marks without Value Added Tax included in the price. Funds have been provided from the budget of the cify of Mostar for year 2021.. After implemented public procurement procedure, on 22.07. 2021 Agencija "Stari grad" signed contract with the best bidder "GRADNJA" d. o. o. Mostar to perform the works: "Current maintenance of the interior in the space of the Association of the veterans of the police of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton 1991-1995 in Gojka Vukovic Street number 1A in Mostar" in the amount of 6.869,30 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. 

In accordance with the signed contract, the following works have been performed:

Preparatory work: Takeover and mobilization of the site; chiselling of the floor tiles and the concrete board installed directly to the ground 15 cm thick and transport to the city dump; concreting of the concrete board installed directly to the ground and procurement and laying new floor tiles

Joinery work: Procurement and installation of the entrance door dimensioning 150 x 223 cm out of multi-chamber polivinyl chloride glass in the colour of the timber, partly glazed with ornament insulation glass.

Floor laying work: Procurement and installation of the laminate-parquet with the necessary groundwork and border lath.

Electrical installation works: Procurement of the necessary material and transfer of the switches into the necessary position at the entrance door; procurement and installation of GTR with necessary equipment (fuses, junction boxes, boards) procurement and installation of the ceiling lighting fittings (main space, kitchenette, toilette room); procurement and installation of switches and sockets

Plumbing work: Installation of the supply of sanitary water into concrete board installed directly to the ground; procurement and installation of the polypropylene water supply tube for the connection to the public water supply system 9 metres long; procurement of sanitary equipment of toilet bowl with a water tank; procurement of wash-basin with battery and siphon for the water-heater as well as mirror; procurement of the 5-litre water-heater.

Other works: Finish of the tin window sills with waterproof putty; procurement and installation of the necessary flashing piece laths for room interior door; procurement and installation of the appropriate threshold at the interior door 80 cm wide; disassembly of the old parquetry and transport to the city dump; and relocation of the existing furniture within the space.
