Agencija Stari grad Mostar

Current maintenance of the exterior of the business premises in Maršal Tito Street at number 141a and the former meat pie shop at cadastral plot (c. p.) 3810 of the cadastral municipality (c. m.) Mostar I

On 11.11.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure with the help of direct agreement to receive bids for works - replacement of the outer wooden openings: "Current maintenance of the exterior of the business premises in Maršal Tito Street at number 141a and the former meat pie shop at cadastral plot (c. p.) 3810 of the cadastral municipality (c. m.) Mostar I". Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2021.

After implemented public procurement procedure, on 15.11.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" signed a contract with the best bidder "DENI" joinery shop Mostar to perform the pertinent works in the amount of 6.786,00 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price. 

Based on the bill of quantities (BoQ), the following works have been performed:

Business premises in street of M. Tito 141a

Disassembly of the existing openings

Workshop fabrication and installation of openings

Business premises of the former meat pie shop at cadastral plot (c. p.) 3810

Disassembly of the existing openings

Workshop fabrication and installation of openings

On 31.12.2021 Committee for inspection of the performed works stated that the works were performed in accordance with the project in compliance with the valid technical regulations, obligatory standards, normative provisions and obligations stemming from the decision on designation of historic urban landscape of Mostar as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
