Current maintenance of the exterior of the shops in Kujundziluk at cadastral plot (c. p.) number 3801 of the cadastral municipality (c. m.) Mostar I

On 12.11.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch the public procurement procedure with the help of direct agreement to receive bids for works: "Current maintenance of the exterior of the shops in Kujundziku at at cadastral plot (c. p.) number 3801 of the cadastral municipality (c. m.) Mostar I Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2021.

After implemented public procurement procedure, on 16.11.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" signed a contract with the best bidder "GRADNJA" limited liability company Mostar to perform the pertinent works in the amount of 6.721,65 convertible marks with Value Added Tax included in the price.

Upon request of "GRADNJA" limited liability company Mostar on 29.12.2021 annex 1 of the contract was drawn, and on 20.01.2022 annex 2 of the contract was drawn about the extension of the deadline because of adverse weather conditions for the construction work outside (continous, intensive precipitations).

In conformity with the bill of quantities and the signed contract the following works have been performed:

Carpenter's work and roof tiling work

On 07.04.2002 the contractor informed Agencija "Stari grad" about the completion of the works on the project "Current maintenance of the exterior of the shops in Kujundziluk at cadastral plot (c. p.) number 3801 of the cadastral municipality (c. m.) Mostar I
