Current maintenance of the interiors and exteriors in the historic urban landscape of Mostar

On 28.10.2021 Agencija "Stari grad" made a decision to launch a public procurement procedure by way of competitive request to procure the works: "Current maintenance of the interiors and exteriors in the historic urban landscape of Mostar".Funds were provided from the budget of the city of Mostar for 2021.

On 23.11.2021 after the implemented public procurement procedure Agencija "Stari grad" signed a contract with the best bidder Bišina civil construction company limited liabiity company Mostar to perform the pertinent works in the amount of 25.217,00 convertible marks with the Value Added Tax included in the price.

The following works were performed:

Business premises in Marshall Tito street number 115, former (Oriental) shop making and selling several types of pies, such as a meat pie, potato pie, spinach pie etc. And some other dishes, such as minced meat fingers owned by a person with surname Redzic

Preparatory work and setup of a building site

Assembly and disassembly of the necessary scaffolding

Disassembly of the existing devastated openings

Procurement and installation of the openings after the existing design

Upon request of civil construction company "Bišina" limited liability company Mostar on 30.12.2021 annex 1 of the contract about extension of the deadline was drawn up because of the untimely acquisition of the necessary permit on the part of the orderer, to connect the building in Marshall Tito street number 170 against the city sewage collector and adverse weather conditions for the construction works outside (continuous, intensive precipitations). The works were completed with the delivery of the keys to the business premise on 21.03.2022.
